Poola collects the minimum data needed to run your account: your email, sign-in activity, watch history, ratings, and list choices. We use this to personalize what you see and to keep your account secure.

We never sell your personal data. Transactional emails (sign-up, password reset, premieres) are sent through our email provider solely to deliver the message you asked for.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.

Poola is provided as a demonstration streaming experience. Access to titles, AI Originals, and membership features is offered for showcase and evaluation purposes.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or redistribute content. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended.

Membership plans shown in the app are illustrative and do not represent a live billing relationship unless explicitly stated.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your selected watch profile. These are required for the service to function.

Optional analytics cookies help us understand which titles and features resonate. You can clear cookies anytime from your browser settings.

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA guidance: keyboard-navigable controls, respect for reduced-motion preferences, sufficient color contrast, and descriptive labels on interactive elements.
